Electronics recycling is a courtesy we extend to businesses under an active ROI Technology service agreement. It is not a public drop-off program and we are not an e-waste collection facility. If you are not a contracted client, please use a certified recycler or a county e-waste collection event in your area – we are not able to accept equipment from the general public.

Businesses under an active ROI Technology service agreement. We offer it as part of helping clients manage the end of their equipment lifecycle – when we replace a machine, we can take the old one off your hands rather than leaving it in a closet. It is not available to the general public.
No. It is a courtesy, not a billed line item and not a contractual entitlement. Because it is a courtesy rather than a contracted deliverable, we provide it at our discretion, and we may decline a particular batch or stop offering it.
Start with your normal support channel – open a ticket or mention it at your next scheduled visit – and we will tell you how to get the equipment to us. Please arrange it with us first rather than shipping or dropping off unannounced.
What We Accept
Most small consumer and office electronics that a business turns over in the normal course of operating: laptops and desktops, cell phones and tablets, monitors and other peripherals, keyboards, mice, docks, and the drawer of cords and cables that accumulates behind every desk.
This courtesy is sized to what a normal office generates as it replaces equipment. If the volume or the type of material goes well beyond that – a household cleanout, another business’s equipment, or a bulk disposal that properly belongs with a commercial recycler – we will decline, and we will tell you directly rather than quietly stop responding. If you are not sure whether something qualifies, ask before you send it.
Data Security
We erase devices before they leave our custody. Nothing goes to a recycling partner with your data still on it.
Not as part of this courtesy service. If a compliance framework, an insurer, or a contract with your own client requires certified media destruction with documentation, tell us before you hand anything over. That is a different and more formal process with different handling and chain-of-custody requirements, and we will scope it separately.
Where It Goes
We work with approved e-waste organizations to do one of two things: find the device a second life if it still has one, or see that it is disposed of properly if it does not. Which path a given device takes is our call, based on its condition.
