How We Package Managed IT — Flat-Rate, Public Pricing

We publish our pricing because we believe businesses deserve to know what IT costs before they pick up the phone. Three line items cover the vast majority of engagements:

• $105 per endpoint, per month — covers any managed workstation, laptop, tablet, or kiosk, including monitoring, EDR, patching, backups, and unlimited support for the device.
• $105 per user, per month — covers the human side: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, identity and access management, email security, MFA enforcement, onboarding/offboarding, and security awareness training.
• $425 per server, per month — covers physical or virtual servers, including hypervisor management, patching, backups with tested restores, and 24/7 monitoring.

There are no tiers. There is no "premium support" upgrade. There are no add-on charges for after-hours emergencies, on-site visits inside our service area, or critical incident response.
