Pricing Questions
Endpoints and users require different types of management. Endpoint pricing covers device-level security, patching, and monitoring. User pricing covers identity, email, training, and helpdesk. Some businesses have more devices than people (shared workstations, kiosks) and vice versa — this model keeps it fair.
Then you don't pay for server management. Many small businesses run entirely in the cloud. Your cost is simply endpoints + users + any tailored components like firewall or M365 licensing.
Firewalls are priced per location based on the hardware model and throughput needs. Backup is sized to your data volume. Microsoft 365 licensing depends on which plan your team needs (Business Basic, Business Premium, etc.). We quote these after a short discovery call.
We work best with businesses that have 10 or more employees. If you're smaller than that, we're happy to chat — but our per-unit model is designed for organizations with real infrastructure to manage.
We review pricing annually and give 90 days' notice before any changes. We don't do surprise mid-contract increases. If vendor costs rise (like Microsoft licensing), we pass those through at cost — no markup on the increase.
Major projects like office moves, new network buildouts, or large-scale migrations are scoped and quoted separately. Day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and ongoing management are all included in your monthly cost.
