We do not publish employee photos or personal details on our website. That is a deliberate choice, consistent with the privacy-first philosophy we apply to everything — including ourselves. What we will share is what matters: our expertise, our track record, and the way we work.
Who We Are
ROI Technology is a team of experienced IT professionals based in Snohomish County, Washington, serving businesses across Western Washington. We have been doing this work since 2014. Our team members are not generalists cycling through a help desk rotation — they are specialists with deep knowledge in the areas our clients depend on.
Expertise Areas
- Network engineering. Design, deployment, and management of enterprise network infrastructure — routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, and VPN.
- Cybersecurity. Zero-trust architecture, endpoint protection, email security, incident response, and compliance frameworks including HIPAA, CMMC, NIST, SOC 2, and FINRA.

Experience
We have been managing IT infrastructure for businesses in Western Washington since 2014. In that time we have built, migrated, secured, and supported environments ranging from 5-person offices to 200+ employee organizations across more than a dozen industries.
Our team has planned and executed large-scale cloud migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure, designed multi-site networks, built disaster recovery systems that actually recover, and responded to security incidents where the outcome mattered. We work across the full stack — networking, firewalls, endpoint management, backup infrastructure, identity systems — and across the compliance frameworks that govern industries like healthcare, legal, finance, and manufacturing.
We stay current because the threat landscape demands it. Our team invests in continuous training, vendor partnerships, and hands-on lab work — not to collect credentials, but to make sure the advice we give you today reflects the technology landscape as it is right now, not as it was three years ago.
Meet Willow & Pepper
While we keep our team’s personal details private, we are happy to introduce our two unofficial office mascots. Willow is our Australian Shepherd — calm, watchful, and always keeping an eye on things (much like our monitoring systems). Pepper is our tri-color Corgi — energetic, friendly, and the first to greet you at the door. Together they represent the two sides of great IT support: vigilant protection and approachable service. You will spot them both throughout our site.
How We Work
Every client gets a dedicated account manager and access to the full technical team. We do not silo knowledge — every team member can support any client because we document everything. If your primary contact is out, your service does not skip a beat. That is what documentation discipline looks like in practice.
We communicate directly, deliver on commitments, and tell you when something is wrong instead of hoping you will not notice. That approach is why we have maintained zero voluntary churn.
