Why an IT Company Ships Software
Running a managed service desk surfaces the same gaps over and over: a backup that reported success and was not restorable, a remote access tool nobody authorized, a quote rebuilt by hand for the fourth time. We wrote tools to close those gaps in our own shop. The ones that held up under daily use became Parliament Labs products.
That work runs alongside our managed IT practice rather than replacing it. Client support, response times, and the people answering the phone are unchanged - the software is built on top of the same operation our clients already rely on.
